Blue Crush is a 2002 Land Rover Defender 90 Td5 Station Wagon that we customized rather than restored. It started as a solid, original truck, and we finished it in matte Fender Sonic Blue with an Alpine White roof, a handcrafted interior and premium details: distressed tan leather seats with kilim inserts, New Zealand wool carpet and a tan Alcantara headliner, alongside air-conditioning, a Webasto cabin heater and CarPlay. Today it’s living its best life: it has since headed south to Costa Rica on a surf sabbatical.
