Biltong is a 1998 Land Rover Defender 90 300Tdi “No Limits” edition in Rutland Red, a low-mileage truck that had been converted from soft top to hard top. With the paint, engine and chassis already in good shape, we customized it rather than restored it: a Santorini Black roof and bonnet, an Adventure Edition grille, a 2-inch lift, a winch-ready Devon tubular bumper, and a retrimmed interior with forward-facing rear seats.
