COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILDS
After running a battery of tests, we rebuild complete engines, turbos and ancillary systems using only the best parts. When complete we improve performance with silicone hoses and enlarged intercoolers. Or if that’s not good enough, we can swap motors, either with petrol Land Rover V8s, or crate LS3s.
INTERIOR UPGRADES
Complete re-covering of original seats, cubby, dash and even door cards with leather. Choice of quilted, hexagon, or other patterned stitching. Headliners too get attention, either being re-trimmed or replaced with choice of colour Alcantara. Or we can replace the entire seating with offerings from Exmoor Trim or Recaro.
BODY AND PAINT
Defenders are built tough, but their skins are thin. We are completely equiped to repair or replace panels, weld holes or replace rusted bulkheads with new galvanized ones. And to finish the Defender, we use only paint shops that are experienced at working on high-end aluminum vehicles to properly prepare (etch) and paint Defender’s aluminum bodies.
MECHANICAL
Our Defenders not only look great but run great. That’s because we completely overhaul them, replacing or rebuilding anything the leaks or squeaks. Poly-bushings, front-end joints, swivel joints, every nut and bolt with stainless steel, clutch, transfer box, gearbox. You end up with a like new Defender that will provide many worry-free miles.
